For the purpose of our services, we process your personal data. We attach great importance to your privacy and will therefore handle this personal data confidentially and carefully. Personal data is processed in accordance with legal provisions such as the Personal Data Protection Act and, as of May 25, 2018, the General Data Protection Regulation. This privacy statement provides information about the processing of personal data by or on behalf of Baas & Baas and relates only to the use of personal data of its customers and visitors to the website.
This privacy statement does not apply to third-party websites, such as websites or apps that Baas & Baas refers to on its website and in its mailings. Baas & Baas recommends consulting the privacy policies of these third parties on the relevant websites.

Baas & Baas can receive information from you in the following ways:
• Directly from you: for example, by entering into an agreement with us, contacting us by email, telephone or in writing, or by subscribing to our newsletter.
• Via our own website: for, among other things, the exercise, improvement and registration of our services, we collect various data via our website, including through the use of cookies.
• Through third parties: we may use the services of third parties. These third parties then act on behalf of Baas & Baas. This privacy statement also applies to the data collected via these third parties when they act as processors for Baas & Baas. Baas & Baas can process personal data about you because you use the services of Baas & Baas, and/or because you provide it to Baas & Baas yourself when filling out a contact form on the website. Baas & Baas can process the following personal data: • Contact and account details — such as name, address, telephone number, email address and login details provided by you.
• Payment and billing information via Moneybird - if you enter into an agreement with us, we need your bank details (IBAN) for financial processing.
• Website data — such as IP address, traffic and location data, and information about the use of our website (s).
Baas & Baas primarily uses the personal data obtained to implement the agreement that we conclude with the customer in the context of online marketing, web development and for internal administration. More specifically, we ask you to share your personal data with us for the following purposes:
• For the purpose of entering into, maintaining and improving the contractual relationship with its (potential) customers, or for improving services and products.
• To apply and implement legal obligations. Baas & Baas can send newsletters by email. If you no longer wish to receive a newsletter, you can use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the newsletter. Personal data is not used for purposes other than those described above.
Baas & Baas can share your personal data with companies affiliated with Baas & Baas, its clients, subcontractors (such as processors) who provide services or carry out orders on our behalf, suppliers, government agencies and other business relationships. Baas & Baas may be obliged to provide you with information due to a legal obligation imposed on Baas & Baas and/or in response to requests from authorities. To this end, Baas & Baas has taken the necessary organizational and contractual measures to ensure that the personal data is processed and protected in line with European and Dutch legislation.

Baas & Baas uses analytical cookies, such as Google Analytics cookies, to collect information about the use of the website. This determines, among other things, the number of website visitors, the pages visited and the length of their stay. Baas & Baas has concluded a processing agreement with Google for the use of Google Analytics. This agreement ensures that Google Analytics cookies are set in the most privacy-friendly way. Baas & Baas has not given Google permission to use information obtained through Baas & Baas for other Google services.
Tracking or advertising cookies
Tracking cookies are cookies that collect data about the (internet) behavior of the user of the website. These tracking cookies are used to allow the user to make optimal use of our website. Chat app
We work with tawk.to, what we do with this is to offer help to customers. Help with questions, help with updates, we ask for name and email to contact the customer. You can close the chat at any time.
Disable cookies
Most browsers are set to accept cookies by default, but you can reset your browser to reject all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. However, some features and services on our and other websites may not function properly if cookies are disabled in your browser.
Social media
On our website, you can share information via social media, via the existing social media buttons. Via these buttons, the relevant social media can place cookies. We have no influence on the use by those parties. They are responsible for the use and provision of data obtained in this way. This use is subject to the privacy policy and the general terms and conditions of the relevant social media.
Baas & Baas does not store your data longer than necessary for the execution of the agreements and in any case no longer than 10 years after the agreement has ended, unless this is necessary to comply with a legal retention obligation.
You must ensure that Baas & Baas has the correct personal data. Via the email address info@baasenbaas.nl, you can object in writing to the use of certain data by Baas & Baas or request access to, correction and/or deletion of your (personal) data. Upon written request, any corrections you provide will be processed. Baas & Baas will respond to your request as soon as possible, but within four weeks. Complaints about the use of personal data can be addressed to Baas & Baas or to the Data Protection Authority.
Baas & Baas takes the protection of personal data very seriously and takes appropriate physical, administrative, organizational and technical measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorized modification.
